MobileMonday at CommunicAsia 2008
Posted: Jul 1st, 2008 | Featured News |The CommunicAsia Summit returned to Singapore from 17 – 20 June 2008, attracting a total of 1,547 companies from 53 countries to exhibit the latest technologies of the ICT Industry on the show floor to the 45,239 industry professionals who attended the event. In its 19th edition, the show has consistently brought trade attendees the latest, most current happenings dubbing it Asia’s most relevant and unparalleled Infocomm & media trade event.

MobileMonday Singapore co-organised an event under the IDA Singapore Pavilion to host chapter founders Madan Rao from MobileMonday Bangalore and Andy Zain from MobileMonday Jakarta to share the mobile trends and experience from the respective countries. Their presentations certainly drew a large crowd of international delegates to stop by the IDA Singapore Pavilion. The seminar ended with a MoMo-styled networking session, sponsored by National Conmputer Systems, of wine and buffet with opportunities to network with some of the hottest mobile companies in Singapore.
The 4-Day Summit was expanded this year, to consist of three 2-Day Streams & five 1-Day Forums. As always, the Summit was an excellent platform to network with experts, peers, partners, and even your competitors, in the ICT industry.
The Summit will continue to focus on cutting-edge technologies, their commercial applications and implications, as well as to feature fast-growing sectors in the ICT industry.
